More to come

She's 11 days old already! How did the time go by so quickly? I've been anxious to get more photos of her while she's still sleepy and squishy. Typically, you have about 2 weeks until you can't move them around without waking them, so I roped Josh into a mini session this afternoon. I was hoping for a good hour and a half, but Joshy and Em woke up after 45 minutes. Wouldn't you know it! Anyway, here's a little sneak peek. The flower is off of a plant that my dear mother in law gave me while I was in the hospital. :)

  3. Oh, Amanda, she is too beautiful for words. I am glad Josh was willing to help out with the photo shoot. The pictures of him and Adeline are precious beyond words. Seeing a newborn again is really making it hard to wait for Jord and Dor's baby to arrive. :-)

    Thanks for sharing....Ginny

  5. Awww, I love them. As joshy would say, "what a sweet little banana", maybe you should take a picture of her with one, haha. Keep it up. :D

  6. Manda, I found your blog from a link at another blog. First, congrats on your BEAUTIFUL precious baby. I wish you and yours lots of love, health and happiness. Also, I wanted to tell you how much I love your photos. You really have an ability to capture feeling in your pics. (Well, at least my feelings, being a Mom of a little one myself). I just had to comment. I will definitely keep coming back!

  13. Definitely great pictures, and I agree, she's got to be the prettiest, most perfect looking girl since....Emily! Nice work, and I hope you're recovering well and not putting too much strain on yourself (of course not, right?) If I can help at all, PLEASE let me know.

  14. Thank-you all for your sweet comments!

Jody, I might do the banana thing yet. ;)

Lydia, I'm not sure yet! Josh has been on vacation and our family has been so helpful with meals and child care that I haven't been put to the test yet. I suspect it won't be as difficult as it was with two though because Joshy and Emmy are such good helpers, and they're also playing more and fighting less now. It's comforting to know that God doesn't give us more than He can help us handle. :)

  15. yeah honey, life started breezing after the arrival of Tammy Jean...three and more are definitly easier to care for...I could not understand what folks with one or two children were fussing to me about having more, and so close in age; at that, they would say...I was just so happy to be blessed by God to be the mother of so many little girls...little girls who have grown up so Lovely....
Amanda keep on enjoying your babies..

    still feeling blessed,

    xxxxoooo
