Try out Paint Shop Pro 9 (now owned by Corel). You'd be hard-pressed to find useful features its lacking that Photoshop has. It's far less pricey too.

ReplyDeleteI have used PSP v5 for probably 5 or 6 years. I've been following subsequent releases and have seen them add useful features, so I'm going half on experience, half on analysis.
